Clash of Cultures
From the Star Wars Universe, I have decided to post an interesting conversation between the wise Jedi Master, Yoda and the ill-fated king of the Sephi, Alaric... This dialogue is taken from a story entitled "The Best Blades" by Jeremy Barlow back in 2004, in which king Alaric uses a garden metaphor to illustrate the vigilance & dexterity necessary to maintain the delicate balance among divergent forces in the ecology of diverse planetary systems.
For some time now I've been anxious to share with you (the avid readers of sci-fi) my thoughts on book 7 of 7, the Ashes of Worlds, as it is a very interesting and lively tale denoting the very best of human attributes. Kevin J. Anderson (KJA) is truly a master story teller; his tremendous talent proves a stunning testament to just how boundless the human imagination really is. I tell ya, it's quite a treat to witness someone in their element. Well, that's enough adulation for now....
