The Iranian Psyop is in full effect here in the United States of America. The media and a good deal of spineless politicians are in on the bid, helping to push the sham rumblings of a disaffected secular Iranian youth in this so called "Green Revolution". Many of its participants understandably seek to mitigate laws of the somewhat repressive theocratic government by voting for Mousavi, the leading opposition candidate adamantly contesting recent election results.
However...
Some elements within the Green Revolution are disingenuous. They are operatives of the CIA either contracted or simply cajoled into fomenting rebellion for the purposes of destabilizing the country. They will give the American & Israeli war hawks a pretext for war. While dissent is indeed a hallmark of a functioning electorate, it must be heavily scrutinized from all sides that such a position is not made to serve the interest of war-profiteers. Moreover, it seems too coincidental that yet again, we Americans should sanction another war for essentially the same reasons as in Iraq: To restore freedom to the captive people of a despotic dictator brandishing big guns!
Realize that our government is quite capable of just about anything. They have no scruples! In the case of the Tuskegee Experiment, the government lied about its aims regarding the deteriorating health conditions of unsuspecting poor black men in not treating their syphilis with penicillan.
