In the media, we so often hear of the housing bubble, which has ultimately collapsed but yet continues to wreak havoc in a seemingly endless spate of foreclosures. We've also heard references to the super-inflated tech bubbles i.e. technologybubbles of the late 80's and early 90's. What actually are bubbles anyway?
