The typical Latino - black or white - here in the United States will more than likely say that racism is not a major factor back home in theirpatria natal; that for the most part, they have achieved relative peace and harmony. And they are correct for the most part, BUT ONLY BECAUSE THEY DON'T ALLOW FOR SUCH A TOPIC TO EVER SURFACE.
