There are many anecdotes in the black communities around the world that prove quite clearly our collective disdain for the continent of Africa. This is largely the case because we have been so thoroughly conditioned to believe that white is preferable to black. It's easier for "the powers that be" to maintain the status quo of white power and influence in the American hierarchy of class and race by getting everyone else to hate and denigrate their own hereditary ethnic characteristics. Therefore the universal image of a black man everywhere is never permitted to go beyond sports, crime, or absolute and complete buffoonery in the Media. So that means: blacks giving little or no credence to black press, blacks disparaging black businesses, and ultimately blacks considering marriage with every other ethnic group as a step up and a step out of anything and all things...African. Not for me though!
